The Animal Center (3201 Division Street, corner of Division St. and Sutherland Ave., at the entrance to John Tarleton Park) is open to the public seven days a week.

Monday through Friday, 11 am - 7 pm
Saturday, 11 am - 5 pm
Sunday, 1 pm - 5 pm

City of Knoxville and Knox County Animal Control officers bring owner-surrendered and stray animals into the shelter 24 hours a day.
